If the services have been provided fully or partially, a refund may be made partially or may not be available, depending on the amount of work already performed.

Refund decisions are made individually, taking into account the nature of the service, the stage of completion, and the terms agreed with the client.

The company undertakes not to disclose the client’s confidential information to third parties without the client’s consent, except where such disclosure is necessary for the provision of services or required by law.
